ORO is hosting a fabulous New Years’ Eve dinner and we hope you will come celebrate with us!  Chef Chris has created a delicious three course menu that is not to be missed.Each guest will be able to enjoy one selection from each of the first courses to make for a unique individualized menu!  All items are identified with respect for dietary restrictions as follows: Vegetarian (V) Vegan (ve) Gluten Free (g).

FIRST COURSE

Seared Foie Gras – brioche toast, green pea puree, squid ink

Artichoke Carpaccio (V) (ve) (g) – baby arugula, olive oil, truffle salt

Warm Yellow Tomato Soup – burrata cheese, basil oil, parmesan crouton

SECOND COURSE

Caramelized Pork Chop (g) – apple, fennel, porcini mushroom, star anise, pork demi

Seared Halibut (g) – potato, parmesan cake, mushroom ragout, white asparagus sauce

Oven Roasted Stuffed Quail (g) – chicken, andouille sausage, spinach, black honey rice

Gnocchi (V) – parmesan truffle cream sauce

DESSERT

Champagne Chiffon Cake (V) (g) – cranberry and champagne Italian meringue buttercream, white chocolate
